Chef Prabhath has accumulated a wealth of experience as a chef, beginning his journey in Sri Lanka and now stationed at Bramley Lodge, Ireland, alongside a team of international chefs. Throughout this journey, he explores himself to different cuisines and culinary practices.
jOURNEY AS A CHEF
His biggest inspiration in childhood stemmed from indigenous knowledge about traditional lifestyle and cooking. Authentic spices and organic ingredients from home, along with his father’s traditional practices, enriched his journey, not only in cooking but also in leadership and management. He discovered his passion for cooking while assisting his father and experimenting with new dishes

Collaborating with his wife, he co-founded Brand Design Mentors, where his insights and experiences have been integrated into a successful business model.
